Family members are invited to join us for dinner at The Warfield in Ketchum. There is no dress code for dinner!
8:00 PM - 10:00 PM | Casual Drinks & Hangs (Friends & Fam)
After dinner, we would love for our friends to come meet up for drinks & welcome hugs at the Warfield. We’ll be in the Mezzanine area on the 2nd floor. Depending on capacity / vibes, we may mosey over to another nearby bar after a point, so just text Nick or Guin and we can confirm where to go!

Shuttles:
We will have 2 busses to shuttle guests to and from the venue. The busses will stage for pickup behind The Limelight Hotel in Ketchum starting at 3:45pm.
The busses will depart for the venue at 4pm sharp. All guests will need to be on a bus by 4pm. Please, please do not be late.

There is ample street parking in the immediate area where you can park your cars for as long as necessary.
There will be an early bus departing the venue at 8:30pm, and another departing at 10pm. There will be 2 busses for all remaining guests to depart the venue at 12:15am. All busses will drop off behind the Limelight, unless other arrangements are required.
Attire
We would love for our guests to feel like their most fabulous, festive selves. If in doubt, go with cocktail attire. If you feel inspired to pull some funky/western inspo into your ‘fits (think bolo ties, pearl snaps etc), by all means! We are in Idaho, after all. Feel free to have fun with it if you want to, but know that you will not be out of place if you don’t — unless you go full-on black-tie, which definitely ‘aint the vibe.
The ceremony & reception will be held outside in a backyard on grass/dirt, so we’d advise against high or spiky heels, etc.
Please be sure to bring a jacket / extra layers, as the temperature will drop significantly by the evening.
Please keep in mind…
The wedding venue is about 8mi NW of Ketchum (~20-25 min drive from central Ketchum, or ~35-40 min drive from Hailey).
The road out to the venue transitions from pavement to a dirt road after a point, and there is no cell service once you’re on the dirt road.
While we hope everyone can take advantage of the opportunity to disconnect and enjoy the moment, we also ask that you please anticipate accordingly.
